What I’m working on now

Homebase is my main project: a private operating workspace for a founder running five businesses.

I’m connecting client relationships, projects, content, and agent work so the person responsible can see what needs attention and what happened. I own product direction, workflow and interface design, and implementation through AI coding tools.

The current focus

Homebase has daily work and project views, client records, content planning, assets, and records for agent assignments and review. The harder part is connecting those pieces to dependable delivery: the right source, the right version, an owner’s decision, and evidence that the result reached its destination.

Agent execution and external integrations are still being developed and verified. I’m working through how routine work moves forward, how exceptions reach the person who can decide, and how the system recovers when an action’s outcome is unclear.

See the Homebase case study and sandbox screens.

My operating stack

I work with Codex and Claude in T3 Code. Its backend runs on my Linux VPS alongside the repositories, tools, and Hermes runtime I use for ongoing agent work. Repository memory and reusable skills help each session recover the project context. My operating stack write-up covers the backend, model routing, recovery, and a site update from the initial task to a checked live release.

What I’m sharing

I’m writing about the product choices and engineering lessons in build notes. The first notes cover keeping a promise connected to delivery, preserving context between work sessions, and checking an automated update before retrying it.

I’m also sharing how I build and ship this site with Cloudflare Workers, including the roles of Astro, AI coding tools, GitHub, and browser checks.
