The problem
An accounting proposal can look plausible while citing the wrong evidence. A retry after a lost response can also create the same ledger entry twice.
What I built
I built a Python and SQLite workflow that handles exact matches, retrieves policy for exceptions, validates proposals, and requires approval before changing its synthetic ledger. When a response is lost, it checks the ledger before retrying.
What you can inspect
The repository contains the reconciliation cases, offline demo, tests, and a record of the checks performed. These demonstrate behavior on defined examples, not autonomous accounting correctness.
