The problem
Connecting an agent to a reporting API should not give it unrestricted permission to change reports.
What I built
I built an MCP server with OAuth, pagination, retries, and asynchronous polling. The default mutation tools require confirmation supplied by the caller. The verified cell writer checks saved values; other tools return receipts or readback according to their contracts. If a formula result cannot be verified, the server reports the uncertainty.

The repository includes the server, tool contracts, tests, and an offline demonstration. The full tool registry is not the restricted default configuration.
